We proudly partner with Dream Vacations by World Travel Holdings, an award-winning host travel agency based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This allows us to secure the best itineraries, preferred seating, and tailored travel options just for you.
While you’re welcome to book independently, we recommend letting us manage your arrangements to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your plans.
Q: What if the traveler is in a different state?

A: Not to worry—we happily serve clients across the U.S. and International, distance is never an issue. Many of our travelers have family in different states, and we specialize in bringing everyone together smoothly.
As a full door-to-door concierge service, we’ll arrange for a trusted companion to meet your loved one at their home or starting point, assist with the journey, and ensure a seamless trip from departure to destination—wherever it may lead. Every detail is handled with care, so you can enjoy peace of mind. ​
Q: What medical or medication support do you provide during travel?

A: While we cannot administer medications, your safety and well-being are our top priority. Here’s how we support you:
Medication Reminders:
We’ll provide timely reminders to take prescribed medications as scheduled.
Emergency Preparedness:
If a medical situation arises, we are trained to seek immediate assistance and stay with you until help arrives. We are also trained in CPR and First Aid.
First-Hand Support:
We’ll assist with locating pharmacies, clinics, or medical professionals if needed during your trip.
For complex medical needs, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider to arrange/coordinate specialized travel support or consultation.

Q: Do you have a cancelation policy?

A: Yes, we do. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
For Travel Companion Services: You may cancel at any time, subject to the terms outlined in your STC agreement (provided with your quote).
For Bookings with Vendors (flights, hotels, etc.): These follow the cancellation policies of each provider. When we book on your behalf, we’ll clearly explain these terms upfront so there are no surprises.
